Adventure in Luxury Travel Hiring for Travel Specialist at Remote Full Time

Adventure in Luxury Travel is a full-service travel agency catering to clients who enjoy luxurious travel experiences. We have been in business since 2019, and as the world continues to relax travel restrictions, we are noticing a major uptick in the travel industry. We have established relationships with many suppliers in the luxury travel space, and we continue to grow and build these relationships. We regularly sell resort accommodations, luxury ocean and river cruises, private jet charters, and 5 star guided tour experiences.

As a Travel Specialist, you will work alongside our remote team to make travel arrangements on behalf of our clients and their representatives. Our team is fully remote, so to be successful, you must be able to work effectively in a remote workplace and be able to work independently, but have a willingness to ask questions and seek answers.

What you’ll do

• Communicate with clients and their representatives over the phone and via email in a professional manner
• Gather travel expectations and needs during an initial call with the client using our developed list of questions
• Compile a quote for the client based on what was requested in the initial call and format it according to our standard document template
• Confirm travel reservations on behalf of the client after the quote has been approved
• Process client identification and payment information and store sensitive information in our secure platform
• Follow a schedule to communicate last minute details to the client prior to travel and reconfirm travel arrangements with each vendor
• Prioritize needs of clients currently traveling during normal business hours

Who you are

• Customer service experience is a must
• High school degree at a minimum
• Professional demeanor
• Effective communicator both over the phone and via email
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn
