Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for receiving all incoming shipments and shipping AeroGo product for delivery to our customers. The successful candidate will have previous shipping and receiving experience and be a team player. This position reports to the Shop Supervisor.

Hours
Shift hours are 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. All employees have the option of working a 9/80 schedule, meaning they work 9 hours Monday – Thursday, 8 hours on Friday and take every other Friday off work. Occasional overtime is required.
Compensation & Benefits
This an hourly, non-exempt position with starting pay range of $22.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience. There is an annual profit share bonus for meeting production goals.
Excellent benefits include medical (HSA and preferred plan options), dental, vision, 401(k) matching, Employee Assistance Program, and referral bonus. Paid holidays and Paid Time Off plan. Employees who select the HSA medical plan will receive $50 / month in employer contributions to a Health Savings Account to use on qualified medical expenses.
This position is represented by the Air Cushion Workers Union. Members are required to be in “good standing”.

Physical Requirements
The position requires working in a factory environment which may include hot, cold, or noisy conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Also required is the ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders and stairs, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool, as necessary. Must be able to walk extended distances over uneven ground while wearing proper PPE.
