Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks for a station or department within WFS. Responsibilities include scheduling conference room meetings, reading and routing incoming mail, composing and typing routine correspondence, routing calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, compiling reports, making copies, preparing outgoing mail or packages, maintaining supplies, and ordering food for special meetings.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.
Work Environment
Warehouse at the airport with a 24-hour operation. Candidates must be open to all shifts, mainly early days and late evenings. Weekends and holidays are required. Overtime may be required as business demands.
