Aerotek Hiring for General Production Worker at Bedford Park, Illinois Full Time

Description:

Bagging and palletizes product according to instruction and order types for bagging

Completing routine housekeeping tasks (sweeping, mopping, waxing, cleaning, emptying trash, painting, general upkeep of facility)

Accurately sample materials and record data as such

Participate in scheduled training and meetings

Vacuuming large quantities of graphite from storage holders into bags and industrial bags

Sorting bags and pallets of graphite

Bagging graphite into different sizes and containers

Staging and wrapping pallets

Loading and unloading rail cars and trailers

Documenting samples and entering data into computer

Putting orders and finished product data into system

Performing quality inspections on bags, pallets, and containers of graphite

Testing will be every 4th pallet to make sure size, quantity, and quality are in place

Will assist in shipping and receiving

Attend daily meetings at shift changes

Will wear a respirator and full PPE all day

30 minutes of shower time at end of the day is required and paid for

Pay is 16.50 an hour

Will train on 1st shift and stay on 1st shift. If candidates needs a 2nd or 3rd we can talk with them.

1st 7am-3pm

2nd 3pm-11pm

3rd 11pm-7am (Sun-Thurs)
