Aerotek Hiring for Maintenance Mechanic at Cheverly, Maryland Full Time

Description:

Rotating Shift and weekend work
2nd and 3rd shift

2 maintenance mechanics to join the team. They are seeking to hire 2 people who have electrical, welding, or industrial maintenance. They would like someone who has a general understanding of motors or electrical aspects but need someone who can grow with the company and is a quick learner. They will be teaching them the ins and outs of the bottling plant and working with them to understand the various maintenance involved in the role.

The first 3-4 weeks will be spent on 1st shift with the maintenance manager and will include orientation, then several weeks of shadowing. Then they will move to second shift or third shift (1 for each)
