Opportunities Available:

• Tech III – Maintenance Technician Supervisor

• Starting at $30/hour (Can make up to $39/hour long-term or transition to a Controls System Technician $40+/hour)

Shifts:

• MUST be open to 1st and 3rd Shift! You will work ONE of the following options

• Only work half the week!

• Shifts:

• Front Half

• Sunday – Wednesday (7AM-7PM) 1st

• Sunday – Wednesday (7PM-7AM) 3rd

• Back Half

• Wednesday – Saturday (7AM-7PM) 1st

• Wednesday – Saturday (7PM-7AM) 3rd

Description:

Tech III – Maintenance Technician Supervisor

• Supervises and directs contractors and monitors performance of their assigned responsibilities.

• Performs and/or directs the performance of all maintenance service requests, insuring that work performed in these areas is accomplished efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience.

• Manages contractors, including selection, scheduling and job assignments, appraisals and recognition.

• PLC troubleshooting down to the ladder logic

• Troubleshoot and repair: electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
