Description:

Working in a metal distribution warehouse to receive shipment and load materials. Worker will unload train carts and trucks using overhead cranes. Will also use forklift and crane to load the stock racks, utilize tape measure and calipers to confirm accurate material is being received, and use paint to mark material for color-coding. When there’s time they will also get cross trained on the machines (laser cutter, press brake, saw) with the goal of eventually getting promoted to an operator-typically within 6 months to 1yr.
