Aerotek Hiring for Production Worker at Corona Full Time

Description:

The Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is an American manufacturer of stringed instruments and amplifiers. All potential candidates must be open to ALL roles within Fender, most roles are cross trained between assembly, sanding, polishing, machine operating, whatever is needed most.

Contractors will be working in the Manufacturing plant using different types of Sanders to sand parts. Its parts that they are putting together for the guitars. They will use drum sanders and automated hand held sanders. Also, could be in Polishing (The polisher’s role is to polish the chromed hardware parts that will go on the guitar) or Assembly (Ability to follow blueprints and schematics for the custom guitars. Affixing the hardware and electrical components. )

Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Comfortable working with hands to polish the guitars.
Ideally looking for experience with wood and metal.
Physical requirements: stand, walk, lift, twist, pull, carry, squat and reach.
