Aerotek Hiring for Visual Inspector at Pottstown, Pennsylvania Full Time

A top tier medical device manufacturing company located in Limerick, PA is looking for Visual Inspectors to join their team and support their 2nd shift! These are IMMEDIATE openings looking to interview and start ASAP!

Description:

The Visual Inspector with be responsible for visually inspecting and assembling small machined parts. This includes removing loose or fixed burrs, cleaning up sharp edges using an exacto-knife, polishing and blending machined surfaces of medical components.

– Visual inspection of machined components using stereo-microscope

– Use hand held deburring knives and pneumatic tools equipped with burr tools to remove heavy burrs

– Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets

– Follow verbal and/or written instructions such as blueprints, traveler, work instruction, process specifications, sketches, and direction from supervisor in completing a variety of assembly and inspection tasks

– Bring problems/issues to attention of the Visual Inspection Supervisor

Hours: Monday-Friday (some Saturdays for over time) 3:30pm-12:00am

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS BELOW!!!

• 2- Receiving Clerks (Audubon) 2:30PM-11:00PM

• 2 Janitors (Audubon)

• 1 full-time, 3:30PM-12:00AM

• 1 temp, 10:00 AM – 6:00PM

• 1 Associate QC inspector (Audubon) 11am – 7:30pm pay up to $17/hr. (Any small parts inspection candidates)

• 1 Medical Kit Inspector (Audubon) 11am – 7:30pm $16/hr.- this position will inspect the pieces that are assembled in the Loaner medical kits.

• 1 Shipping clerk role (Audubon) 11am – 8pm- $16/hr.

• 1 Medical Kit assembler (Audubon) – 11am – 7pm $16/hr.

• 1 Electrician (temp) – up to $35/hr.

• 3 Production Assistants – 2nd Shift (2:30PM – 11:00PM)
