Aerotek Hiring for Yard Helper at Newark, California Full Time

Description:

• Ability to roll and hand cart heavy cylinders (> 150 lbs.) throughout the day

• Able to work in outside environment regardless of the elements

• Computer literate (on line training, work instructions)

• Able to follow written and verbal instruction; interpret cylinder labels and markings (we will train on this)

• Able to work independent and as a team

The primary responsibility of this position will be to identify specified cylinders from our stock area and move them to the shipping department by way of handcart. Other duties include, but are not limited to, painting cylinders, loading and palletizing cylinders, loading trucks, putting cylinders away, labeling cylinders, general ‘housekeeping’ duties, using hand tools to build cylinder cradles other duties as assigned.
