Aesthetic Oral Arts is hiring immediately for an Administrative Assistant. AOA is a boutique dental laboratory located in Livingston that has been open since 1990. We are known for our high-end aesthetic cases. We fabricate crowns, veneers, bridges, implant crowns, dentures and much more for dentists all over the United States.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Clocking in and out on mobile app

Checking voicemail

Checking email and correspondence

Invoicing cases, Package and ship

Driving to Bozeman to deliver cases daily.

Print shipping schedule and let ceramists know what needs to be shipped out that day

Package up and deliver all local cases to Livingston, Bozeman & Belgrade.

Check in all cases that come via UPS and local

Check USPS mail

Make lab boxes and all shipping supplies

Print labels and paper cards

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
