JOB DESCRIPTION
The Branch Administrator will generate high quality customer satisfaction while building relationships and supporting the integration of strategic plans with the direction of the area manager.
The Branch Administrator will liaison between the Branch Manager and head office in the areas of A/R, A/P, and IT to ensure a seamless flow of all data, payables, and / or reporting as required.
The Branch Administrator will support the Branch Manager and office staff in daily functions, customer support, and additional administrative functions as directed.

Daily oversight of branch administration including HSE and branch reporting.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office/field setting. There may be a need to attend to situations on work sites.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils may occur. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear. Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs may be required.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOUS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some overtime and after hours’ work may be required.
TRAVEL
Local travel to various worksites and customer premises may be required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent and 3 or more years previous administrative experience in a technical environment with proven leadership abilities

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. This will include covering other areas within the branch as directed by the Branch Manager.

Salary: $47,500.00-$52,500.00 per year
