We are now seeking an experienced Radiographer’s Aide- Tallaght Clinic

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing excellence in patient service through the efficient management of patients through registration process.
• Greeting patients and ensuring 3 key patient identifiers are checked
• Managing the patient flow in line with the daily clinic schedule
• Providing reassurance and information to patients regarding their treatment
• Handling and resolving patient complaints in line with company guidelines

• Providing emotional and physical support to patients during treatment
• Providing support to radiographer with coil changes and assisting with taking patients on and off the scanner
• Preparing patients for contrast scans to include eGRF testing (pin prick test)prior to scan
• Ensuring patient safety throughout procedure
• General upkeep of MRI suite and maintaining JCI standards of Hygiene
• General admin duties associated with clear and precise documentation for each patient
• Managing the patient flow in line with the daily clinic schedule
