Key Responsibilities

The post holder will report to Production Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

· Assemble devices, components and sub-systems.

· Conduct product inspections and repairs.

· Operate a variety of assembly equipment following instructions provided.

· Complete records, documentation and training as required.

· Resolve problems.

· Complete daily work schedule as determined and prioritised by the Supervisor.

· Comply with quality requirements and procedures of all aspects of work.

· Comply with health and safety standards.

· Maintain cleanliness of production area.

Qualifications & Skills

· Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment required.

· Previous experience in microscope assembly of miniature products within the electronic/medical device sector ideal but not essential.

· Basic knowledge of electronic components beneficial.

· Good communication skills.

· Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

· Self-starter and proven work ethic.

· Attention to detail.
