Providing general administrative and back office support to the team onsite
- Liaising with Contracts Managers/Construction Staff on a daily basis
- Organising weekly timesheets and liaising with the Payroll Department
- Organising weekly day work accounts and billing to clients
- Coordination and management of the project controls
- Control of critical documents via the project database
- Submission and tracking of documentation
- Calendar/diary management
