As a host you will be the first impression a customer sees when walking into the establishment therefore, a clean and professional appearance is a must. A hostess gets paid $16.00 an hour plus tips. As a host your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Greeting and seating customers
- Answering phone calls
- Placing orders using a pos system
- Cleaning menus
- Ensuring your station is clean and stocked’
