Position Summary:
AGDATA is currently seeking a Team Lead for a full-time position. If you are a natural leader with strong communication and project management skills and are willing to be a team player who will go the extra mile when needed, this role may be right for you.
You should be local to our Charlotte office to ensure that you can come into our office to complete some of the responsibilities in office, as needed.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to…
· Proactively manage the processes and resources for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all fulfillment programs
· Provide guidance on the data and table structures that support the tools, reports, and payments involved in fulfillment programs
· Identify process improvements that provide benefits either internally to AGDATA or externally to our clients
· Develop training tools such as webinars, user guides, videos, etc. for field sales to understand reporting requirements
· Create and maintain user documentation for tools and fulfillment processes
· Actively participate in conference calls with our clients by taking the lead in answering questions and documenting decisions/issues/next steps/responsibilities via meeting minutes
· Collaborate with project manager to ensure all deliverables are logged and maintained inside JIRA
· Participate in all internal and client audits by reviewing requirements and desired results, facilitating onsite observations, coordinating the research and presentation of supporting documentation, and other responsibilities to ensure completion of audit with no exceptions
It would be even better if you have the below skills/qualifications, but they are not a must….
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills
• Knowledge of JIRA navigation
• Familiar with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
• Knowledge of agriculture industry
• Bachelor of Science with emphasis in data analysis, agriculture, economics, commerce or related field or work experience in a related field

In order to be successful in your role, it is important that you…
• Have 3-4 years in a client facing/account management role
• 1-3 years of leadership preferred
• Needs to be adaptable and understand that things change on the fly
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented

• Able to multi-task
