Job & Responsibilities

– Drive digital marketing strategies across various digital platforms

– Conceptualize and create content for the company’s digital assets including eCommerce, corporate website, emailer/newsletter, digital panels, and social media

– Shoot, edit and create engaging videos digital media content to be used across all online platform and social media

– Be accountable for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement that converts to sales, leads and customer retention

– Assist with routine management of SEO/SEM strategy, implementation & monitoring

– Assist in platform enhancement and content strategy, implementation & monitoring

– Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs on a regular basis and evaluate content/campaign success

– Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct traffic and monitor the online presence and rate position of relevant competitors

– Liaise between key stakeholders both internally and externally

– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

– A motivated marketer who is proactive and responsible.

– Able to multi-task and think out of the box

– Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry

– Experience in creating content for digital marketing/web/social media/ eCommerce

– Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what works for audiences and how to create it

– Ability to analyze and present content and performance

– Experience with content management systems, Google analytics, SEO/SEM and social/marketing channels

– Strong understanding on how to achieve objectives while meeting an expected brand standard, a high bar for aesthetic quality
