This is a boutique real estate firm with offices in Oregon and SW Washington. We’re looking for a recruiting partner that will take over the business entirely in a year when owner retires. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate stales and strong networking ability. Commission is based on performance. The Recruiter will work with owner who has a great marketing program to source, screen and attract candidates to fill open positions. Owner will stay on as DB and PB and manage the office until recruiting numbers are reached. The successful candidate is one who wants their own business and needs the foundation to create it. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, High entrepreneurial desire, and be a strong analytical thinker looking to transition from real estate sales to ownership. This is an exceptional opportunity to own your own business in a very lucrative field with potential 500K income within 12 months.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $56,780.00 – $63,604.00 per year
