We are working with our Calgary based client that’s looking to add a Sales Manager to their growing team.
OVERVIEW
The role of the Sales Manager is to achieve revenue, gross margin and growth targets consistently by the sales department to meet the regional goals. This is to be accomplished by effectively leading and managing the sales department including developing and implementing departmental strategy, ensuring department adherence to sales procedures, monitoring opportunity activity and advancement within the sales process, identifying strengths and weakness and determining potential improvement strategies.
