About the Role:
As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative functions for associated with the project management of the Clover Power Station Upgrade project. The position is a 2 year contract working 20 hours per week with flexibility to work from home and the office. Specific responsibilities include:
- Coordination of document management using document control software
- Coordinating monthly project reporting
- Preparing and distributing project communications
- Assisting in contractor management activities
- Assisting with the coordination and follow up for project team meetings
About You:
Ideally you will have experience in a similar administration or coordination position where you are influencing outcomes across a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be flexible, have a positive attitude, able to work autonomously and as part of a team and have the confidence to follow up and hold people accountable.

- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in administration or project coordination
- An understanding and commitment to Health, Safety and Environment
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
- Adaptable to changing or conflicting priorities
