The Role
Due to the pending retirement of our New Zealand Business Manager, we are now seeking to appoint an experienced crop protection professional to undertake the role of National Sales Manager.
Preferably based in Canterbury, you will report to the New Zealand Country Manager, leading and working alongside our five experienced Commercial Managers.
You will be responsible for delivering the annual sales budgets, maintaining business profitability and achieving market share goals. You will work collaboratively with your team to develop and implement the strategies and plans that will deliver the annual Work Plan.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to grow partnership relationships with distributors at a national level through proactive interaction, sales support and marketing activities.
