Working closely with UK based Agrimin (world leaders in bolus technology) and our tight knit team in Australia, Pacific BioLogics continues to grow both its product range and total sales market by delivering true innovative products into the hands of Australian producers.

Our New Zealand business will provide a steadfast, determined focus on delivering quality products that both supports and enhances the production capabilities of New Zealand producers.

The Role

Pacific Biologics – New Zealand are now searching for an experienced Technical Sales Representative to support our established product portfolio and assist in driving our expansion plans. Based in the Waikato region, you’ll report to the Rural Manager – ANZ. You will maintain and develop our veterinary client base, delivering technical and sales support for our bolus-based nutritional product portfolio.

We have a strong, existing portfolio with new products in the pipeline which you will be responsible for introducing to the New Zealand market. As the newest member of our team, you will identify and work with key opinion leaders to drive strong technical differentiation & adoption within the vet channel.

Self-managing, motivated by challenge and ready to embrace the responsibility of driving the New Zealand business forward, you will manage major aspects of the New Zealand business, from profitability, P&L as well as planning and delivering annual business and territory plans.

Competencies Required To Be Successful Include

• Understanding of animal health and nutrition within the bovine and sheep industries
• A successful track record in animal health / nutrition technical sales & support to the veterinary industry
• The ambition and drive required to develop and lead all aspects of the New Zealand business
• Strong commercial acumen with business planning, territory management, computer literacy & customer record maintenance skills
• Ability to identify and work with key opinion leaders, large farmers and other influencers to drive beneficial partnerships
• The ability to conduct regular planned travel within New Zealand (70% North Island)
