WE ARE LOOKING FOR …..

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through brokers to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives.
This would include being the main liaison for operational dealings between various parties from front office to the back office, which include Corporate Solutions – Sales & Marketing, Corporate Solutions – Operations teams and OSS teams, with the objective to support onboarding process for new businesses and renewals with Flexible Benefits.

• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key decision makers and influencers at assigned brokers
• Create demand for AIA’s products by highlighting their ability to meet the client’s needs
• Develop, implement and administer sales and distribution programmes for the brokerage channel
• May manage accounts as part of a larger account team or manage named accounts within a geography for a particular product or product set

On Flexible Benefits:

• Provide the support across operations (Billing, Claims, PMM, Call Centre of both Singapore and OSS teams) including Tech and Sales, to align and simplify process to achieve high standard of service delivery.
• Identify and recommend any process/operational enhancements or new service propositions in order to improve efficiency and customer service for policies with Flex Benefits.
• Work with Flex vendor to streamline process to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
• Screen all new business placement instructions in relation to Flex Benefits to make sure they are complete and clear for the Billing/PMM team to create the policy and issue bill.
• Screen renewals in relation to Flex Benefits instructions sent by Sales CRM with the objective to ensure Billing/PMM has the right information to bill within the required turnaround time.
• Ensure that processes are run effectively and efficiently aligning to client’s expectations.
• Provide support on client onboarding to Flex systems.
• Review data set format, plan rules and eligibility check of employee basis against eligibility rules with client or Flex provider.
• Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively
