The opportunity:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be providing customer service assistance for our AIA customers that is targeted to their needs and is an effective and efficient resolution of their enquiry. About the role:
Receive inbound calls and build effective relationships with customers and Advisors alike.
Provide clear and concise information and process requests and make good business decisions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Retention of business by creating loyalty with our customers by providing outstanding customer experience.
Handle and resolve queries from our customers.
About you:
Previous experience working in a Contact centre – preferred
Proven Customer service and relationship building experience.
Able to identify sales leads for other areas of the business.
Comfortable working to SLA’s and KPI’s.
A positive attitude and a demonstrated empathy to put yourself in the customer’s shoes.
Proven ability to learn new systems and navigate through complex information.
Interested and or knowledge in Technology, Digital, health and wellbeing.
