Construct financial models and conduct due diligence on potential acquisition or divestitures. Build financial models that underlie analyses. Conduct research to obtain necessary data and modeling alternatives across inputs and paths. Prepare analyses and make recommendations for initiatives. Obtain input for financial analyses by validating key assumptions and ensure business buy-ins and alignments. Conduct and support due diligence coordination efforts, including supporting data room control, due diligence requests, and diligence meetings. Conduct financial due diligence on target assets. Develop, analyze, and review strategic opportunities and new products. Perform detailed financial analytics. Model financial results under various financial scenarios. Summarize recent market transactions and research market trends. Produce summary reports to facilitate broader discussions with investment professionals to inform decisions and enable them to evaluate emerging trends and transactions. Draft presentations and other material to describe new investment products for potential investors. Control underlying data analyses, including conducting research using various industry resources and tools and preparing analysis models and component input of the summary output. Analyze interest rate and FX risk within the portfolio. Design and implement interest rate and FX risk mitigation strategies. Monitor new hedging requests. Perform fund level debt structuring and execution. Perform fund level guarantee management. Review market transactions, analyst reports, and emerging regulatory, capital, accounting, and tax rules to build core competencies and skillset. Cross-train, collaborate, and work on continuous financial development initiatives. Work with financial modeling; investment development and financing processes; market analysis; financial analysis, including valuation, capital markets, and project budgeting and scheduling; private equity; investment banking; Excel modeling; Word; Excel; Argus; pro-forma modeling and analysis in Excel; market research and analysis in identified target markets; monitoring key trends in economic drivers and capital markets; preparing detailed investment memoranda for presentation to senior management; and transactional and due diligence processes of potential investments through transaction closings, including managing documentation, site visits, sponsor interface, and coordination of third-party diligence and legal.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field of study, plus two (2) years of experience with financial modeling; investment development and financing processes; market analysis; financial analysis, including valuation, capital markets, and project budgeting and scheduling; private equity; investment banking; Excel modeling; Word; Excel; Argus; pro-forma modeling and analysis in Excel; market research and analysis in identified target markets; monitoring key trends in economic drivers and capital markets; preparing detailed investment memoranda for presentation to senior management; and transactional and due diligence processes of potential investments through transaction closings, including managing documentation, site visits, sponsor interface, and coordination of third-party diligence and legal.
