The selected person will work closely to the Distribution and Products teams and support them in their marketing activities, which include mainly, but not only: organize and coordinate events directed to distribution channels such as local and global brokers and affinity partners as well as final corporate and personal lines clients; produce internally or with the support of external suppliers marketing communication materials such as POS materials, printed materials, gifts, brochures, email marketing, support materials for events, e-books, sales training materials, product sales books, among others; work in partnership with BI, Distribution and Products in the implementation and organization of internal and external sales and relationship campaigns for broker and other distribution partners; support the Communications Supervisor in internal events, as needed, mainly for the senior executive leadership team and GM, as well as other possible internal clients as Human Resources and Diversity Groups (ERG’s); work in close alignment, under the supervision and direction of the Head of Marketing and Communications, with his/her peers within the Marketing and Communication team to ensure the best individual contributions of each function is explored for every activity conducted by the M&C department; budget and expenses control looking for the best cost x benefit solutions when hiring third parties, acquiring goods or any other activity to be developed.

Technical/Professional Requirements:

At least 3 to 5 years proven experience directly contributing or handling activities listed in the job description; good suppliers and third parties network for marketing materials development and production as well as events organization; outstanding MS Office, video makers and graphic design programs; strategic and long term business view; fluent or excellent knowledge of English reading, writing, listening and speaking; B2B and B2B2C sales and distribution channels understanding and/or previous experience; ideally Marketing, Advertising & Promotions, Administration or similar education background; deep understanding of the various Marketing, Internal and External Communication, Social Media and Public Relations roles and interaction within a campaign or strategy development.
