AIM Kitchen & Bath Hiring for Designer at Des Moines, IA Full Time

AIM Kitchen and Bath has been in business for 35 years. We are looking to add to our designer team with a design sales position that is currently available. This position will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, providing them with an estimate for their desired project, making selections with the client, securing a downpayment for the project and helping the client throughout their project. AIM Kitchen and Bath is unique in that we do all work in-house as our installers do everything from the tear out and to the final product. This allows the designer and client to work very closely with our whole team and eliminates the frustration of using subcontractors. This position is unique in that it allows the right person to be rewarded for their design eye as well as financial rewards for securing the business. This position will office at our showroom in Beaverdale and will have field time going to appointments. Pay: $25,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
