Are pool views and sunshine your ideal office setting? If the answer is yes, this is the opportunity for you! AIR Communities is hiring a Full-Time/Summer Pool Monitor (Weekends mandatory) at our Yorktown Apartments in Lombard, IL.

The Pool Monitor is responsible for safety and cleanliness of a pool and surrounding amenities such as exercise room, showers, and dressing areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lifting, moving, setting up and removing tables, sound equipment, and chairs weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic grounds maintenance.
• Pool reading checks.
• Addressing the concerns of our residents in a friendly and professional manner.

Are you the right person for the Job? The right candidate should have some pool and general maintenance experience and be comfortable working in a team-oriented background.

Requirements

• A Pool/Clubhouse Monitor must have strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members.
• A Pool/Clubhouse Monitor must have a team-oriented attitude and take direction from a Community Manager.
• In property management, evenings and weekends are par for the course. The ideal candidate needs schedule flexibility to accommodate a 4 or 5-day work week and be available on weekends.
• Multi-tasking and adaptation are key elements to success!
