We are searching for a Digital Retail Product Manager (Internal job title: Product Management Specialist) on a 2-year fixed term contract to join our Retail Enablement team, in a role that will be instrumental in defining and realising key elements of our vision to be the best airline retailer. This role will suit a self-starter, who is naturally curious and prepared to get into the detail whilst having a strategic mindset.
The Product Manager is the voice of the customer and champions user experience and business value, coupled with the ability to deliver these outcomes. With a deep understanding of customers, business processes and technology, this role is responsible for developing the product vision, formulating the strategy, designing the product roadmap, stakeholder engagement and working in a cross functional team to deliver against it.
Given this role is a newly developed role, there will be a level of ambiguity you will need to be comfortable with, coupled with complexity of the airline environment and the pace at which we work. Your curious nature will help you drive outcomes, and you will have demonstrated you can work with various business stakeholders, building trust and partnerships across a wide group.
