Aircraft Transport Services Hiring for Flight Dispatcher at Remote Full Time

ATS is seeking a team member for our Dispatch department. Shift work will be required.

The Dispatcher ensures all trips are scheduled in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations, Company General Operations Manual, Company Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Procedures, and department guidelines.

Essential Job Functions:

-Planning trip details including optimized flight plans considering fuel stops, passenger load, client requests, and crew arrangements in accordance with FAR 135 or 91 as required

-Arrange logistics including but not limited to slots, permits, parking, hangar, catering, and transportation. Confirm permits, handling, and parking for SAJ aircraft on international itineraries.

-Communicate essential trip details to flight crews including “day of” changes and current weather conditions

-Flight follow ATS aircraft and notify clients, and owners of aircraft movement as necessary

-Track and log aircraft and crew duty times

-Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to ensure flight crews and aircraft are available for flights.

-Effectively communicate with all company departments to maximize fleet efficiency

-Receive and fulfill Charter requests on weekends and during on-call times

-Perform all duties adhering to safety, security, and quality policies and standards of ATS.

-Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Qualifications:

-Previous Part 135 Charter experience preferred

-Long-Range Heavy Jet International handling experience preferred

-Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

-Experience using FOS

-Be flexible in work assignments

-Pass Background Check
