Airtek Environmental Corp. is an industry leader in environmental consulting. The Firm consists of an environmental consultancy, a fully accredited environmental training program, and an environmental laboratory. The Firm is looking to hire a data entry and administrative professional with excellent office skills and work ethic.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter laboratory, office, and field data
Organize data and files
Maintain accurate records
Update tracking and filing systems
Perform other office related duties as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to type accurately at above average speed
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and oral communication
Solid organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work well with others in a team setting
Ability to follow directions
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules
Computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Prior office experience
Ability to use all basic office equipment
