About The Team

The Safety and Assurance Office is accountable for the governance and assurance of operational and organisational safety, change and risk management, regulatory assurance, business improvements, and auditing across Airways.

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced administrator to join us on a permanent part-time basis at 20 hours per week (ideally to be worked over three to four days, onsite).

Reporting to the Executive Assistance Safety and Assurance, you’ll provide administrative support for the Safety and Assurance Group. In addition, this role contributes to the Airways wider administration network.

Key Tasks Include

• Arranging meetings, meeting room setup, taking minutes, travel, and catering arrangements
• Drafting and maintaining documentation, spreadsheets, and systems
• Arranging, coordinating and reporting related to drug and alcohol testing
• Assist with on- and offboarding of employees and contractors
• Processing and/or allocation of invoices and associated tasks
• Supporting and assisting with projects and events.

About You

For success you’ll be proactive, an effective communicator and able to work in confidence.

Additionally, You’ll Hold

• Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in administration, travel management, reporting and prioritising both time and varied work tasks.

Highly Beneficial

• Experience with Microsoft Publisher and SharePoint
• Experience gained within the aviation, engineering or other technology-based industries.
