The Role

As a Contract Manager, your role will include but is not limited to:

• Manage contracts ensuring performance meets customer requirements;
• Implement control framework and monitor process, including project budgets;
• Manage, coach and assist your team to achieve their targets and improve competency;
• Ensure HS&E features prominently; and
• Develop relationships with client representatives, anticipating and resolving issues, and ensuring effective customer service.

The Requirements:

• Experience in contract management and subcontractor coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Email, and Excel applications
• Familiarity with WMS and TMS systems is preferred
• Established and proven leadership capabilities
