The Role

As the General Manager your role will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence while achieving revenue and margin goals. In addition to this you will:

• Drive business development initiatives with the capability and enthusiasm to propel the business to new heights
• Position the Company as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience and fostering loyalty.
• Provide direction in health & safety, business development, operational delivery, and quality assurance/control
• Develop a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring
• Demonstrate technical expertise, effective communication, and strong leadership
