THE COMPANY

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the commercial construction projects undertaken by our client. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting cost estimation, analysis, and budgeting for projects
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions and value for customers
• Managing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Providing accurate and timely cost reports and analysis
• Contributing to the overall success and profitability of projects

THE REQUIREMENTS

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Construction or Quantity Surveying (desirable)
• Theoretical knowledge of cost management methods in the commercial construction industry
• Strong customer focus and the ability to identify project solutions that add value
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and embrace challenges
