AJ Construct Looking for Site/Services Engineer at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

Our client is a renowned construction company specializing in commercial projects. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects, they are committed to excellence and driving innovation in the industry. Also having a steady pipeline of work some upcoming some projects include a huge $200m project starting next year

THE ROLE

• Efficiently coordinate the building services components and associated works of building projects
• Review and evaluate contract service variations and subcontractor progress claims and variations
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors as required
• Monitor and manage subcontractor performance
• Provide support in the design and operations of all processes and plant installations including mechanical, fire and lift services

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with a trier 1 or 2 commercial construction company
• Relevant qualification preferably in mechanical engineering
• Demonstrated understanding of design coordination and knowledge of the NZ building code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
