THE ROLE

Responsibilities

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction sites and ensuring the successful completion of commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site
• Managing project teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure project success

THE REQUIREMENTS

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate project teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
