AJRTrucking Hiring for Inventory Control Clerk at United States Full Time

• Identify and obtain correct parts in a timely manner.
• Assist mechanics in selecting and purchasing parts.
• Manage warehouse Inventory and perform monthly physical counts for all AJR facilities.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized
• Participate in weekly meetings for each facility
• Interact with customers/vendors to ensure AJR is getting the best deal.
• Return all cores and warranty parts as needed
• Keep track of all open purchase orders. There should be no open purchase order exceeding 90 days.
• Process parts Invoices daily.
• Create a Parts Price with multiple Vendor Prices to ensure we are getting best prices.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.
• Strong Organizational skills.
• Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.

• The pay is competitive, depending on experience ($26.00-$28.00/hour) and will be discussed during an in-person interview.
