AK Hire is recruiting for the following position:
–

Administrative Assistant
Location: Wasilla, AK
Pay: $16/hr
Shift: Part-time, flexible hours between 8 AM and 5PM, no more than 30 hours per week

Local Steel company is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to add to their team.

Duties include, but not limited to:

– Answering phone calls
– Interacting with clients/customers
– Data Entry
– Scanning/uploading documents
– Filing

The Ideal candidate will have some proficiency with:

– Computer programs, including e-mail and word processing
– Light office technology (multi-line phones, copiers, fax machine, etc)
– Communication skills
– Multitasking and organization

THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION, WITH HOURS NOT TO EXCEED 30 PER WEEK.
