Job Description:
Alair Homes is a growing Custom Home Builder and Renovator looking for an individual to assist our Project Managers in the daily office operations. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging environment with growth and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
· Assist and support project managers (PM’s) by uploading vendor quotes, placing orders, processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, aid in project coordination, client interaction and liaison as required
· Draft sub-trade and vendor contracts for PM’s review and approval
· Draft client progress invoices and other correspondence for PM’s approval and review
· Complete weekly reviews of projects, including budgets
· Execute special projects, reports and assignments as required
· Work with home accounting team, complete billing research and problem resolution
· Data entry, filing and other duties as assigned
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
