Job Summary:
Responsible for processing and entering all customer data into respective software (NAV, Manitou, etc.), ensuring all data and reports are up-to-date and accurate. The Data Entry Associate must possess excellent organizational and customer service skills and maintain accuracy in their job completion. The Data Entry Associate must have a firm understanding of external and internal customer needs, Central Station Operators and Technicians. May also be required to provide basic system training.
