Your Opportunity:

Please note this position can work remotely anywhere throughout the province. Position is currently for 6 months and may be extended due to business needs. This department processes high volume, as a member of the team, you will provide timely processing and professional customer support. ASIV in Supplier Maintenance, Accounts Payable (AP) role processes a variety of vendors’ set up type transactions through manual and automated systems, inquiries from internal and external Accounts Payable customers, either by phone or by e-mail. Supplier Maintenance processing role includes quality and compliance functions related to vendor/supplier documents, set up vendors/suppliers into Oracle ERP systems, performing quality and control function for payment requisitions. This position involves problem solving issues related to vendor set up documentations. This position reports to the Supervisor/Manager of Accounts Payable. Please note, this facility provides Long Term Care (LTC) or Designated Supportive Living (DSL) services and by Order of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, many AHS employees are restricted to work only at a single LTC/DSL site for the remainder of the pandemic.
