As the sole administrator you will excel in providing effective and friendly administration and support to ensure a smooth and profitable operation. You will consistently provide quality and up to- date record keeping, general administration, basic accounting duties and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Provide excellent customer service – face to face and over the phone [must have a clear and concise phone manner].
• Manage and update in a timely manner, customers/debtors, suppliers/creditors and general records.
• Create, modify and update purchase orders, job sheets, job timesheets, and general job-related duties.
• Complete basic accounting processes, process Paymark payments and assist with credit control.
• Check weekly timesheets are accurate and complete, chase for HR forms and scan to payroll by due date.
With the above job spec in mind, you will need to have:
• General administration skills and knowledge in a workshop environment.
• A strong work ethic, desire to support the business, and with drive to learn new skills.
• Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions.
• Good written and numeracy skills to complete assigned tasks and duties accurately.
