Our Client is a big four consultancy firm with a global presence, operating in over 150 countries. This organisation works with many public and private companies spanning multiple industries. The advisory work that they cover spans across audit, Accountancy, tax, corporate finance and consulting.

The Role

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Personal Assistant for a 6 Month contract with head offices based in Dublin and Cork, Ireland, this will be a Remote Working position.

Purpose of the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Assistant with strong administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills, someone who enjoys supporting others in a growing team. You will be directly responsible for the day-to-day management and support for 3 Partners as well as minor support to the wider senior team.

As a Personal Assistant, your role will entail a variety of responsibilities including:

• Providing efficient administrative support service to Partners and senior members of staff, including diary management, travel management, time sheet support, maintaining CRM system for senior team
• Client event/webinar management and event bookings
• The preparation of high quality proposals and presentations Strong power point and word skills essential.
• Collating and distributing agendas and briefing documentation for meetings and conference calls. Coordinating and Planning Monthly Global meetings across several time zones, minute taking and distributing action points
• Assisting with client correspondences and administration/risk tasks.
• Processing expense claims and assisting team with client billing. Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.

What we require from the candidate:

• A proven record of commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Experience as a PA supporting Senior Management, preferably within a professional services environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with invoicing and CRM systems desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner
• A high level of integrity and trust with confidential information
• Adaptable approach to work, and proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a team
• Approachable and highly professional in manner, with all levels of staff within the organisation

This client will only accept workers operating via a PAYE engagement model.
