Job Overview:

Algotive is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO, assisting in streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between Groups and Teams across Geos. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness of the CEO by enabling him to focus on critical business strategies and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing insights and analysis on Algotive’s operations, culture, and policies.
• Facilitate and streamline executive communication between the CEO and other executives, staff, and external partners.
• Lead and manage special projects that are of high importance and that often cross multiple divisions.
• Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents for internal and external audiences on behalf of the CEO.
• Ensure the CEO’s involvement in project or decision-making processes takes place at key times, where their input and authority are most impactful.
• Oversee the organization’s strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the CEO.
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Review, design, and execute improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps, and help address them.
• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
• Represent the CEO in various meetings and engagements, providing leadership and direction as needed.

Qualifications – Candidates must have:

• 3+ years of professional experience as Chief of Staff.
• Professional-level command of English as a second language.
• A valid passport and US visa (up to 40% of travel may be required, including international).

Additional qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or similar advanced degree highly preferred.
• Significant experience in a business management role, with strategic planning and business development exposure.
• Excellent ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
• Effective, versatile, and action-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
