Job description

Benefits:

• Free accommodation and food

• No bills to pay

• €2,024 to €2,530 gross per month for 42 to 48 hours work per week ( €2,024 for care of one elderly person and €2,530 for care of an elderly couple)
• 12 euro gross per hour overtime for any hours over 42 hours per week for care of one person
• 15 euro gross per hour overtime for any hours over 42 hours per week for care of a couple

• Employment contract before you start

• 4 weeks paid holidays per year

• Free ongoing training (in-house & QQI) and support

Job Description:

• You live with the elderly person in their home

• You sleep in the house 5 to 7 nights per week

• You work 5-6 days, 7-8 hours per day (daytime work)

• You do housekeeping, preparing meals, keeping company & provide personal care (if required)

Requirements:

• A reasonable to a good level of English

• Eligible to work in Ireland

• Carer experience (either professionally or caring for your own elderly relatives)

• You must be friendly, compassionate and understanding

• Be willing to live in 5-7 nights per week

• Professional training is not a requirement

Important:

• We don’t have part-time jobs

• We don’t have night only jobs

• We only have full time, 5-6 days per week and 7-8 hours per day jobs with overtime opportunities
