The position of Customer Support will have responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Engage in customer satisfaction programs via outreach.
• Communicate with customers for general support needs.
• Prepare samples for marketing and customers.
• Assist in billing related needs for customers.
• Assist with presenting pricing, proposals and recommendations.
• Assist with marketing and outreach programs.
• Outreach for past due billing and payments.
