Your Impact As A Defined Contribution Operations Specialist

The DC Operations Specialist is responsible for processing all activities related to client Defined Contribution plans as set up in TBA, while meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements. The Operations Specialist is responsible for developing superior understanding of client plan provisions, identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness.

Responsible for executing daily operations transactions. Must reside in Florida – ( able to travel to Orlando office when normal stabilizes)

• Demonstrates sound understanding of client plan provisions by asking questions and responding to client needs in a timely fashion

• Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs

• Ensures knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation is current and updated

• Follows all predefined procedures, adheres to all the process guidelines and ensures that performance parameters are met and/ or exceeded against SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets

• Communicate effectively with client contacts to answer questions and inquiries related to daily delivery

• Executes complex tasks while ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks to respond to client needs as per SLAs

• Seeks and accepts Feedback from coaches & mentors to enhance knowledge and capabilities

• Collaborates with colleagues across sites

• Coaches & trains new colleagues on client requirements when appropriate

• Creates/ updates Standard Operating Procedures where and when require

• Stays current with client plan provisions and seeks opportunities to enhance understanding through Training and taking initiatives

• Identifies process improvements to inculcate a culture of continuous improvement

• Reviews all incoming and outgoing data to ensure quality output

• Leverages resources on the team to generate results

• Transparent, collaborative team player

• Conducts all business with integrity and upholds behaviors that support Alight Policies and guidelines

Knowledge and Expertise

• Ability to research and analyze complex data/ plan provisions to resolve participant related issues

• Intermediate understanding of client administrative environment is desirable

• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders

• Intermediate knowledge of MS applications like Excel, Word

• Previous benefits knowledge a plus

Education

Associate’s Degree (or Bachelor’s degree) and/or 2+ year’s related work experience preferred
