The role of the Deburr Supervisor is to manage daily flow of work through Deburr Department while striving to continually improve employees and deburring processes.

Are we aligned? We might be if this is you:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Vocational or Technical Degree helpful.
• Strong leadership foundation
• Ability to read and understand basic blue prints
• Working knowledge of scrap and rework requirements, material properties, (hot rolled, aluminum, etc) and hazardous materials
• Working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements
• Working knowledge of MTI’s traveler (work order, bill of materials, etc.)
• Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Understand and obey safety requirements
• Commitment to keep work area clean and free of debris
• Able to understand and communicate in English
• Working knowledge of Employee Handbook
• Create and manage interpersonal teamwork
• Effectively manage direct reports for attendance, scheduling and training
• Assist with creating benchmarks and path of progression for each direct report that aligns with company vision and objectives
• Communicate effectively for positive results
• Positively and effectively assist navigating change
